Tampa Fine Art Portraits Themed Clowning Around

It’s amazing the art that can be created through simple make-up artistry and costuming. We are always looking to inspire our clients and that’s why we created our Clown Portrait Session. Clowns are so iconic in art, symbolizing joy, tragic irony, playfulness, subversion, and comedy. Really, in our opinion the list could go on and on.

We purchased a playful circus costume that we found on sale and paired it with fishnet stocking (always a favorite apparel choice) and thigh high boots. We also incorporated one of our many wigs, which are available to be used by clients.

Our creative director applied red face paint cream around her eyes in a haphazard fashion and elongated and accentuated the points of her lips.

Having fun in the shoots is always important. We started with quirky, pretending to fly and tightwalk across ropes. Then we moved into, “I ate your soul” moments, grabbing props from our horror section and adding a bloody handprint and red hands to the mix. With our clients, we try to maintain fluidity of creativity and thought.

We had do many photos that we favorited after the session - but here are a few highlights from the session using my signature Taylor Art Photos art portrait process, which turns a photo into a piece of art you want hanging on the wall.
